Add config options for navbar logo
...
There are two new options for LocalSettings.php:
- '$wgMedikLogoWidth' sets the logo width in the navbar, e.g.
$wgMedikLogoWidth = '210px';
- '$wgMedikUseLogoWithoutText' disables the site name in the navbar,
e.g.
$wgMedikUseLogoWithoutText = true;
Note that you need '$wgMedikShowLogo = "main";' for this.

Add screenshot of Medik skin to README
...
Screenshot is useful for people who want to see how the skin looks like
before downloading and installing that - it's only additional ~70 kB, so
OK.
Additionaly fix some typos in README and move stuff to 'assets/' folder.

Add contributing info to README and fix some typos

To make it clear that anybody can contribute to this skin I have added a
section to the README file. I still did not provided any e-mail address
for the git-send-mail function, but I do not expect anybody will use
this /and if yes, they'll be able to extract that from any commit/.
